Valencia, CA May 20, 2010 – U.S. HealthWorks, California’s leading operator of occupational healthcare centers, today announced the acquisition of both Technimed Occupational Medicine healthcare centers, located in Vernon and Commerce. The acquisition of these centers expands the number of U.S. HealthWorks operated medical centers to 66 in California and 134 nationwide.
The medical centers located at 3364 East Slauson Avenue in Vernon and 4730 Eastern Avenue in Commerce are occupational health facilities focused on providing injury and illness diagnosis and treatment, preventive services, pre-employment and post-offer exams and testing, and return-to-work programs. Terms of the transaction, which was effective May 20, 2010, were not disclosed.

U.S. HealthWorks Acquires Ocala Medical Center
Ocala, FL Apr 13, 2010 – U.S. HealthWorks, a leading operator of occupational healthcare and urgent care centers in the nation, today announced the acquisition of the Medero Medical Caring for Workers Center in Ocala, its 12th location in Florida.
The acquisition expands the number of U.S. HealthWorks operated medical centers and worksite clinics to 159 nationwide. Last year, U.S. HealthWorks acquired five of the six Medero Medical clinics.
The medical center located in Ocala at 1109 SW 10th St. (SR 200) provides occupational health services, including injury and illness diagnosis and treatment, preventive services, pre-placement and post-offer exams and testing, and return-to-work programs. Terms of the transaction, which was effective April 13th, were not disclosed. This is the first center for U.S. HealthWorks in the Ocala area.

U.S. HealthWorks Names Anthony Belott Vice President of Business Development
Valencia, CA Mar 18, 2010 – U.S. HealthWorks, a leading operator of occupational healthcare and urgent care centers in the nation, announced today that it has appointed Anthony Belott as Vice President of Business Development for the company.
Mr. Belott will lead the Company’s expanded business development function, reporting to CEO Daniel D. Crowley.
Mr. Belott joins U.S. HealthWorks with a 9-year track record of helping healthcare companies grow their businesses, most recently as co-founder and executive vice president of a subsidiary of Liberty Dialysis, LLC, a national provider of kidney dialysis services in the country.
“We welcome Anthony to our team,” Mr. Crowley said. “Our recently completed financing enables the Company to grow more rapidly through strategic acquisitions in key markets around the country. Anthony’s experience is well-suited to leading this effort.”
Mr. Belott earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
