U.S. HealthWorks Acquires 11 Nashville-area Medical Centers
Nashville, TN Nov 2, 2011 – U.S. HealthWorks, a leading operator of urgent care and occupational healthcare centers nationwide, today announced the acquisition of four medical centers and seven worksite locations operated by Tennessee Urgent Care Associates. The centers are the company’s first in Tennessee.
The newly acquired centers are in the Greater Nashville area and bring the total number of U.S. HealthWorks medical and worksite centers to 167 nationwide in 15 states. The centers are located at:
- 1616 North Gallatin Road in Madison
- 339 White Bridge Road in Nashville
- 2510 Murfreesboro Pike in Nashville
- 1332 Hazelwood Drive in Smyrna
The four facilities offer a wide range of urgent care and occupational medicine services. Terms of the transaction, effective October 15, 2011, were not disclosed.
