Columbus, OH Jun 16, 2015 – Quantum Health Chief Operating Officer Shannon Skaggs will present on the panel “Innovative Physicians, Telehealth, and Healthcare Executives Discuss Latest Healthcare Access Strategies” alongside Brian E. Hill, MD, Docs4PatientCare, Henry DePhillips, MD, FAAFP, Chief Medical Officer, Teladoc, Inc., and John F. Jesser, Vice President, Provider Engagement Strategy, Anthem, at the 2015 Institute for Healthcare Consumerism Forum and Expo.
