Precyse Partners with TruCode for Encoding Services

Partnership to provide a seamless, integrated computer assisted coding with encoder solution
Wayne, PA and Alpharetta, GA Mar 1, 2013 — Precyse, a leader in health information management (HIM) technologies and services, has signed an integration and distribution agreement with TruCode®, a leading provider of encoder technology. This agreement represents another milestone for Precyse in the delivery of a state-of-the-art, single integrated platform for all clinical documentation improvement (CDI), coding and auditing activities.
Streamlining the coding process is critical for a successful transition to ICD-10. No longer will it be necessary for coders to interact with an encoder separately. The Precyse solution makes it easy for coders to validate the computer-assigned codes with the integrated code edits, references and grouper capabilities seamlessly available during the coding validation process.
This all-in-one offering will enhance coder productivity and accuracy, supporting timely and accurate reimbursement. The integrated solution will also facilitate:
