Oasis Outsourcing Welcomes Kerim Fidel As Senior Vice President And General Counsel

West Palm Beach, FL Apr 29, 2013 – Oasis Outsourcing, one of the nation’s leading Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), is pleased to announce that Kerim Fidel has joined as Senior Vice President and General Counsel.
Prior to joining Oasis, Fidel served as General Counsel for Strategic Outsourcing, Inc., a PEO headquartered in Charlotte, NC.
He has extensive industry experience, not only in legal matters but also in human resources, regulatory compliance, governance, insurance, benefits, acquisitions and risk management. At Oasis, Fidel will assume responsibility for legal and compliance matters.
