CSafe Launches Customer Advisory Board
Dayton, OH Mar 12, 2015 – CSafe, the world’s largest provider of temperature-controlled shipping solutions, exemplified its strong customer relationships with the inaugural meeting of its US Customer Advisory Board. Seven of the world’s top pharmaceutical and healthcare companies gathered with two senior members of the CSafe team at the Aileron center in Dayton, Ohio and discussed a wide range of issues affecting current and future trends in the safe transportation of temperature-sensitive products.
Members considered the changes in regulatory guidance and in particular were concerned about how best to interpret the requirements of Controlled Room Temperature, both domestically and internationally. The topic of the need to implement better Quality Agreements with vendors engaged the group and allowed members to share their own current experiences.
The question of changes in future distribution models for personalized medicine and the solutions that these highly sensitive bio products will need, were also part of the group’s wider discussion on future product developments from CSafe.
After a highly-successful inaugural meeting, the group will meet in six months’ time with an extended educational agenda. CSafe will have their inaugural European Customer Advisory Board meeting later in 2015.
