CSafe Celebrates New Company and Service Center in Puerto Rico
Dayton, OH Jul 18, 2016 – Cold chain specialist CSafe Global recently hosted an event to celebrate the opening of their San Juan service center and new company CSafe Puerto Rico LLC.
The open house was at the company’s new service center adjacent to the island’s Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU). Over fifty customers and partners attended the celebration and took advantage of the opportunity to tour the new service center and showroom where CSafe’s complete line of active, passive packaging and passive hand-held couriers were on display.
CSafe has a well-earned record for quality and reliability and recognizes service centers are the key to providing customers with the solutions that give consistently high operational performance and a long service life. Brian Kohr, President and CEO stated, “We pride ourselves on having the best maintenance program in the industry. Our rigorous inspection, monitoring and preventative maintenance program insures that no matter the length of time a CSafe RKN container has been in the fleet, its performance will be the same as the new units that are being produced daily in our US manufacturing facility. ”
The opening of the new CSafe facility was prefaced by the arrival of over one hundred CSafe active shipping containers. In what is probably a first for the industry, CSafe Global procured several full 747F charter aircrafts to move CSafe RKN ULDs into Puerto Rico. The containers are being utilized to support the country’s growing manufacturing industry and as part of a customer specific solution.
In addition to the CSafe RKN, CSafe’s passive and small active solutions will be available for use within and for shipments leaving Puerto Rico. CSafe will also be able to provide conditioned and ready to use passive and active solutions from its own facility, further evidence of their continuing commitment to provide innovative customer solutions.
