Completion of Combination of Analogic and Leidos’ Security Enterprise Solutions Business

New York, NY – Altaris, LLC (collectively with its managed funds, “Altaris”), announced today the closing of the previously announced combination of Analogic Corporation (“Analogic”) with the Security Enterprise Solutions, Ports & Borders and Industrial Automation businesses of Leidos, Inc. (NYSE: LDOS) (“Leidos”). The combined company will operate under the Analogic brand as a privately held company headquartered in Salem, New Hampshire, and will be led by Analogic’s current Chief Executive Officer, Tom Ripp.

The combination creates a stronger global security imaging and detection company with broader capabilities, deeper customer relationships and greater scale to support customers across airports, ports, borders, critical infrastructure, and other mission-critical environments.
