Altaris Appoints Jeffrey P. DiLisi, M.D., M.B.A., as Operating Partner

New York, NY – Altaris, LLC (collectively with its affiliates, “Altaris”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeffrey P. DiLisi, M.D., M.B.A., as an Operating Partner.

Dr. DiLisi is currently engaged with two Altaris companies, Tegria and Sharecare, where he serves as Chair and a board director, respectively. He will also play an active role in the development of Altaris’ industry engagement and future investment activities in the Tech-Enabled Services sector.

Dr. DiLisi is a seasoned physician executive whose career has spanned payer and health system leadership positions, as well as roles as a healthcare investor. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Roper St. Francis Healthcare and spent a decade serving as Chief Medical Officer at Virginia Hospital Center. DiLisi serves as Chair of the Board of CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, a leading nonprofit health plan serving Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia.

Dr. DiLisi earned an M.D. from Jefferson Medical College, an M.B.A. from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, and a B.S. in Mathematics from Duke University.
