Precyse Scores High on the KLAS Mid-Term Performance Review Report

Precyse’s ICD-10 Consulting and Transcription Services Recognized with High Performance Scores
Wayne, PA and Alpharetta, GA Jul 16, 2013 — Precyse, a leader in Health Information Management (HIM) technology and services, is proud to announce that both its ICD-10 Consulting group and its Transcription Services group have received outstanding scores in the KLAS “2013 MidTerm Performance Review: Software & Services” report. Precyse received an overall score of 93.2 for ICD-10 Consulting and a 93.1 for Transcription.
According to the KLAS report, all performance scores have been compiled from the feedback of thousands of healthcare providers at physician offices, clinics, hospitals and integrated delivery networks throughout the United States. Precyse was also given high marks in Konfidence Level, which denotes the number of unique provider organizations that provided feedback to KLAS.
“To achieve these outstanding KLAS scores, as well as being named 2012 Best in KLAS for Transcription Services, it takes commitment, hard work and a relentless focus on serving our customers’ needs,” said Precyse President Chris Powell. “I am so proud of our colleagues who go above and beyond to make these scores possible, and I’m grateful to all our clients who have taken the time to share their input.”
From an integrated platform for inpatient and outpatient computer assisted coding (CAC) and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) to a unique and innovative ICD-10 education offering to a comprehensive array of leading HIM service offerings, Precyse allows healthcare organizations to harness the Power of One, serving as a single source for all of their Health Information Management needs. Precyse’s Transcription Technology and Services drive exceptional electronic documentation that better supports the data challenges healthcare providers are facing today, such as ICD-10, Meaningful Use and Core Measures.
Precyse and HealthStream (NASDAQ: HSTM), the largest provider of learning and talent management solutions in healthcare, have teamed together to offer Precyse University, which is the most complete “ICD-10 education solution” on the market today. “Recent surveys by both the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) have indicated that ICD-10 readiness is lagging,” said Thomas Ormondroyd, Vice President and General Manager of Precyse Learning Solutions. “The time is now to engage in ICD-10 preparation and education, and Precyse is uniquely positioned to help healthcare organizations achieve successful results.”
