CSafe Global Expands Support with New Service Center

CSafe Global is pleased to announce the opening of a new service center in Chicago (ORD.) This company-owned facility will allow CSafe to enhance its support and service levels for the growing number of life-science customers transporting high volumes of temperature-sensitive shipments from the Midwest U.S.
CSafe Global’s new service center at the Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) is now open and servicing inbound and outbound traffic of the company’s CSafe RKN active system containers as well as passive system solutions, providing delivery, maintenance, calibration and technical support to the full range of CSafe products. Multiple employees have already been added to the new service facility with plans to add more in Q1, 2018.

With CSafe Global’s appointed and trained service technicians, the Midwest U.S. market will greatly benefit from the strengthened technical service capabilities and infrastructure in the Chicago area for supporting and maintaining CSafe Global’s comprehensive range of active and passive packaging solutions.
